Welcome to Sierra Vista Middle School

Saturday, January 31, 2015 9am-2pm
Join us in the Sierra Vista Parking Lot

E-waste is the fastest growing waste stream in the industrial world. According to estimates by the EPA, U.S. businesses and consumers discard as much as 137,000 computers... EVERYDAY! We're going to help keep harmful e-waste out of our landfills. While all e-waste can be recycled, for fundraising purposes we'll be able to collect the following:
Computers, Monitors, Servers, Hard Drives, Laptops, Flat Screens, TVs, Printers, Cell Phones, DVD Players, Radios, Speakers, VHS players.

Not eligible for e-waste recycling: Alkaline batteries, Washers, Dryers, Refigerators, Air Conditioners and CFL bulbs.
Bring your old out dated goods to SV on Saturday, January 31st and help the school raise funds!

Home of the Falcons!

Administrators, teachers and staff work closely to meet the diverse needs of each student.
Students in grades 6 through 8 strive to achieve excellence as they move through each phase of their learning at Sierra Vista Middle School. Students leave middle school prepared for the challenges ahead to not only successfully graduate from high school but to be prepared to attend a college of their choice.

Common Core Standards are currently being taught in grades 6th - 8th for Math and English Language Arts. Sierra Vista's Teachers and Staff believe that all students can achieve and accomplish 21st century skills and reach their greatest potential.

In honor of 9/11,  Sierra Vista 8th graders participated in a Day of Service by making blankets for the City of Hope

ibCongratulations, Sierra Vista is an
